1. Player-only service
AZ Player is general-purpose media-player software. It does not provide, host, transmit, sell, rent or bundle television channels, films, series, live events, playlists, provider accounts or streaming credentials. A player license activates software features on one registered installation only.
2. Lawful and authorized use
- Use only media, URLs, playlists and accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to access.
- Do not use AZ Player to infringe copyright, bypass DRM or access controls, record or redistribute unauthorized media, facilitate piracy or violate a provider's terms.
- Do not upload malware, probe the service, evade device limits, falsify identifiers, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorized access to the private administration panel.
- You are responsible for the legality, safety, age suitability, accuracy and availability of every playlist and third-party service you add.
3. Trials and device registration
An eligible new installation may receive a seven-day trial beginning when it first registers. A trial is limited to the registered Device ID, cannot be restarted by reinstalling or altering identifiers and ends automatically. After expiry, continued use requires an active license assigned to that installation.
4. Licenses, billing and refunds
A Yearly plan provides 12 months of player access on one registered installation. A Lifetime plan means access for the supported life of that installation and service; it does not grant ownership of third-party media or guarantee perpetual compatibility with future hardware or operating-system changes.
A store-distributed edition will use the billing method required by that platform where applicable. Purchases, subscriptions, taxes, cancellations and refunds made through Samsung, LG, Roku, Apple, Amazon, Google or another distributor are governed by that distributor's rules. Direct website payment is offered only where the distribution channel permits it.
5. Independent platforms and content providers
Playlist providers, broadcasters, studios, networks, device manufacturers and app-store operators are independent of AZ Player. User-entered references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
AZ Player cannot guarantee third-party content, legality, uptime, quality, security, expiry or continued availability. Store availability also depends on separate technical builds, regional eligibility and independent review by each platform operator.
6. Family safety and content ratings
AZ Player may provide a parental PIN and category-hiding controls. Because users choose their own playlist sources, AZ Player cannot pre-classify every item. The account holder must supervise minors, apply appropriate restrictions and comply with the content-rating and age requirements of their country and device platform.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when a trial or license expires, an authorized administrator removes or suspends a device, payment is reversed, security is threatened, these Terms are violated or law requires action. Removal does not guarantee a new trial or restoration of a license.
8. Availability and liability
The software is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted playback or compatibility with every stream, codec, device, network or provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Player is not responsible for third-party content, provider outages, unlawful use, lost credentials or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property and rights notices
AZ Player branding, software and original interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No store listing or promotional material may use third-party artwork, logos, titles or samples without permission. Rights holders may send a detailed notice to support; because AZ Player does not host the underlying streams, we may direct the notice to the relevant user or third-party host.
