Terms of Use

These terms cover the seven-day trial, one-device player licenses, acceptable use and the separation between AZ Player software and third-party content.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Player-only service

AZ Player is general-purpose media-player software. We do not provide, host, transmit, sell, rent or bundle television channels, films, series, live events, playlists, provider accounts or streaming credentials. A player license activates software features on one registered device only.

2. Lawful, authorized use

  • Use only media, URLs, playlists and accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to access.
  • Do not use AZ Player to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, redistribute media, facilitate piracy or violate a provider's terms.
  • Do not upload malware, probe the service, evade device limits, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorized panel access.
  • You are solely responsible for the legality, safety, accuracy and availability of every playlist and third-party service you add.

3. Trial and device registration

A new eligible device may receive a seven-day free trial beginning when it first registers with the AZ Player service. The trial is limited to one device identity, may not be restarted by reinstalling or altering identifiers, and ends automatically. After expiry the player requires an active license assigned to that device.

4. Licenses and payment

The Yearly plan provides 12 months of player access on one registered device. The Lifetime plan provides player access for the supported life of that registered device and service, not ownership of third-party media or a guarantee that every future operating system or device will remain compatible. Prices, taxes, payment methods and refund rights may vary by sales channel and applicable law.

Purchases made through Google Play or another app store are governed by that store's billing and refund rules. Directly distributed builds may use the payment method displayed on the official AZ Player website. Never pay a third party claiming to sell channels on behalf of AZ Player.

5. Third-party services

Third-party playlist providers, servers, networks and device manufacturers are independent of AZ Player. We do not endorse them and cannot guarantee their content, legality, uptime, quality, security, expiry date or continued availability. References entered by a user do not create affiliation with any broadcaster, studio or streaming platform.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when a trial or license expires, a device is removed by its authorized administrator, payment is reversed, security is threatened, these Terms are violated or law requires action. Removing a device can make the application return to an eligible trial state or inactive state according to its server record; it does not guarantee a new trial.

7. Availability and liability

The software is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted playback or compatibility with every stream, codec, device, network or provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Player is not responsible for third-party content, provider outages, unlawful use, lost credentials or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property and notices

AZ Player software, branding and original interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you believe a user-accessible resource infringes your rights, send a sufficiently detailed notice to support. Because AZ Player does not host the underlying streams, we may also direct the notice to the relevant user or third-party host.
