Delete your AZ Player device data
AZ Player does not require a public email-and-password account. It creates a server record identified by the Device ID and protected by the Device Code shown inside the player. You may request deletion of that record and its saved playlist configuration at any time.
AZ Player does not retain channel, movie or series titles viewed, playback progress or server-side watch history. Local Continue Watching and history can be cleared from the player settings where those features are available.
How to submit a request
- Email support@azplayerapp.com with the subject: AZ Player Data Deletion Request.
- Include the Device ID shown on the AZ Player setup screen.
- Include the Device Code if requested so we can verify control of the installation. Do not send playlist passwords unless support specifically requires them for your request.
- State whether you want the entire device record deleted or only the saved playlist configuration removed.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or irreversibly detach the requested Device ID, license association, saved M3U or Xtream configuration and administrative notes that are not required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, billing or dispute records.
Timing and consequences
We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days unless applicable law allows or requires longer. Deleting a device record signs that installation out of the managed service, removes synchronized playlists and may end trial or paid access. Reinstalling does not guarantee a new trial or restoration of a deleted license.
