DEVICE DATA CONTROL

Data Deletion

Use this public process to remove a registered device, saved playlist configuration and associated playback-management information.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Delete your AZ Player device data

AZ Player does not require a traditional public account with an email address. It creates a device record identified by the Device ID and protected by the Device Code shown inside the app. You may request deletion of that device record and its saved playlist configuration at any time.

How to submit a request

  • Email support@azplayerapp.com with the subject: AZ Player Data Deletion Request.
  • Include the Device ID shown on the AZ Player login or Web Setup screen.
  • Include the Device Code if requested so we can verify that you control the device. Do not send playlist passwords unless support specifically requires them to investigate your request.
  • State whether you want the entire device record deleted or only saved playlists and playback history removed.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly detach the requested device profile, saved M3U or Xtream configuration, associated playback-management history and administrative notes that are not required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, billing or dispute records.

Timing and consequences

We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days unless applicable law allows or requires a longer period. Deleting a device record signs that device out of the managed service, removes synchronized playlists and may end its trial or paid access. Reinstalling the app does not guarantee a new trial or restoration of a deleted license.
