Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to AZ Player editions distributed for supported television, streaming-device and mobile platforms, including Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Roku, Apple tvOS, Fire TV and Android-based devices, as well as the customer website, device portal and private administration service. Availability varies by platform and region.

AZ Player is media-player software and a device-license service. It does not provide, host or sell channels, movies, series, live events, playlists, provider accounts or content subscriptions.

2. Information we process

• A pseudonymous Device ID or MAC-style identifier and a protected Device Code used to register the installation, prevent duplicate trials and synchronize its license.
• Operational records such as registration date, last-seen time, online or offline status, app version, trial or license status and limited security logs. Hosting providers may temporarily process network addresses to deliver and protect the service.
• Playlist configuration that you or your authorized administrator supplies, including playlist name, M3U URL or Xtream server URL, username and password. These credentials are sensitive and should not be shared.
• Support and purchase communications that you choose to send, including your email address and message contents. Store purchases are also processed under the store operator's privacy policy.

3. Information we deliberately do not retain

• We do not retain a human-readable device name or a customer device model in the AZ Player administration panel.
• We do not retain channel, movie or series titles viewed, content categories, search terms, favourites, playback position or server-side watch history.
• Continue Watching and local history, where supported, remain on the device and can be cleared from the player settings. They are not exposed to administrators.
• The current player contains no advertising SDK and does not use cross-app tracking for targeted advertising.

4. Why we use the information

• Register and authenticate an installation, operate an eligible seven-day trial and activate a purchased player license.
• Synchronize an authorized playlist configuration between the secure portal and the registered installation.
• Show administrators only the operational status needed to manage their own customers, licenses and device IDs.
• Prevent abuse, investigate technical failures, answer support requests, process transactions and meet legal obligations.

5. Content, consent and family controls

AZ Player does not inspect, recommend or endorse the media referenced by a user-entered playlist. You must use only sources you own or are legally authorized to access. Where a platform or local law requires permission before optional data processing, AZ Player will request it before that processing begins.

Parental controls and category hiding are provided where supported, but the user or household administrator remains responsible for the suitability and age classification of third-party playlist content.

6. Sharing, retention and security

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by hosting, security, email, payment and technical providers only as needed to operate AZ Player, complete a transaction, prevent abuse or comply with law. When the player loads a playlist, it contacts the third-party server address chosen by the user.

Device, license and playlist records are retained while needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period required for support, security, accounting or law. Viewing history is not retained on the server. We use access controls and encrypted transport where supported, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and deletion

You may clear local watch history in the player and request deletion of the server-side Device ID, license association and saved playlist configuration. Visit the Data Deletion page or email support with the Device ID shown in the app. We may request the Device Code or other proof of control before completing the request.

8. Children and policy changes

AZ Player is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Parents should enable parental controls and supervise playlist sources. We may update this policy when the service, law or platform requirements change; the current revision date appears above.
